All items are handmade and usually would be shipped out within 7/ 14 business days, it depends on how many items you purchase. If you buy more than one sweater, I need more days to complete your order.

It could happen to receive several orders in the same period, in this case I will need more time to complete your order. Please, be patient, I don't have a team, I work alone. I will inform you on a possible delay on the shipping.


I ship everything via priority mail, without tracking number.
Due to the high prices of registered in my Country, I decide to offer you a cheaper shipping method. Priority mail is faster than a registered but, unfortunately you can't track your package, so please, understand it!
If you prefer to know where your package is, you can buy the shipping upgrade in my shop. With this purchase I will provide you a tracking number with which you can follow your parcel :)
I suggest to add the shipping upgrade in your basket if you want to buy two or more items.

Remember: I will be not responsible for lost parcels shipped without tracking number or for postal delays.

*I need a different size sweater, what can I do?

- Contact me and let me know what size do you need. I will let you know if I can make it for you!

*Why shipping upgrade is so expensive?

- I ship package through Italian post and unfortunately the costs are very high! To avoid lost parcels or postal delays, I offer you the possibility of buying an upgrade for registered mail. It's expensive, yes, but you will get a tracking number and you will be sure that your parcel will arrive soon and safe :)

* Can I avoid to buy shipping upgrade?

- This is your choise. I suggest you to add shipping upgrade in your basket for any order you make, but if you prefer saving on shipping, you can avoid it. Remember that this is your own risk, I do not accept any refunds or litigation.
