To keep our Akoya pearls affordable, they are offered without certification. Certificates require additional gemological examination and costs. We focus on providing genuine, high-quality Akoya pearls at a fair price, so please note that your piece will not include a certificate.

Where are your orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Türkiye.Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for a long time, please follow these simple care tips: • Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, chlorine, vinegar, ammonia, or cleaning products. • After wearing, gently wipe your piece with a soft polishing cloth to remove moisture and natural oils. • Store your jewelry in a sealed bag or pouch, away from air and humidity. Using an anti-tarnish tab will help prevent tarnishing. • Pearls are delicate and should be stored separately from other jewelry. Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Custom and personalized orders are welcome. Please contact me to discuss your ideas. If special materials are required, processing time may be extended, and I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Why are returns and exchanges not accepted?

Due to international shipping regulations and Türkiye’s customs procedures, returned items are subject to high customs charges and extensive processing when re-entering the country. These procedures are often time-consuming and costly, and in many cases the return expenses can exceed the original item value.
