Stolen/Missing Packages

All orders have tracking available. If your package is marked as delivered but it’s been stolen from your property/mailbox, we are not responsible. We can do signature delivery per request if you are concerned with safely receiving your package because of previous thefts in your area. No refunds/reimbursement will be given for missing or stolen packages.

My overseas package has been delayed / I wrote the incorrect address.

Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with etsy/Paypal. Please check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address. Once a package is returned to me, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus the shipping charge.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are packed with crush-proof corrugated boxes, wrapped with eco-friendly packing paper. All orders have custom black boxes (or black satin bag) with contents securely wrapped with tissue.

Refund Qualifications

For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must apply: • I must be contacted IMMEDIATELY if products are damaged as a result of shipping. Damaged products with a delivery date of same day will always get a free replacement or refund. If not, such as buyer drops item and it breaks at a later date or changes their mind later on, a refund cannot be issued. If the product does not meet your expectations, please give me the opportunity to take care of it immediately after delivery. However, leaving a negative review without contacting me prior or harassing me in messenger is a violation of Etsy extortion policy & I cannot offer fixes or refunds after. No refunds or returns will be given if order is more than a week old.

Any questions about orgone spirals or questions wanting free education— please read fully before messaging me

I will not be providing any information regarding the process or about the directions of the spirals, because it’s answered online. Towerbuster listing has an option for you to pick the direction of spirals so please do your own research. I actually strongly encourage you to just make your own orgonite if you have doubts. As a service, I keep my prices very below average given the ingredients + extra time spent perfecting the finish, & won’t be providing free education. Any questions about the process, ingredients, or spirals will not be answered. For boundary reasons I will not be explaining the variety of kinds, directions, mathematics involved with spirals so please do your own research & pick what’s best for your intended purpose. 👀
