To clean please use a dry cloth with a jewellery metal cleaner and polish gently, please avoid chemicals, soaps and it getting wet.. The jewellery in my shop is Costume jewellery made using nickel and lead free mixed alloys, tibetan silver and silver plate and is'nt intended for every day long term wear or wearing in the shower or bath as it may tarnish. Like any silver, silver plated items can tarnish over time, please clean to keep it bright and shiny.

Sizes will be in the specific listing, however if you want a specific size, please just leave me a message during the checkout process. I'm more than happy to adjust the sizes! This includes making child or plus sizes. Sizes of - Birthstone size 8-10mm, initial size 18mm,keyring diameter 25mm, earring hooks (unless otherwise stated) 18mm. Necklaces are 18 inches unless otherwise requested, silver necklace chain or cord is 3mm wide.

Gift wrapping and packaging

i supply a free organza bag with tissue paper, please see individual listings for more info. i also have gift boxes and other gift bags which are Available for an additional fee. Please note, if you buy 2 items or more, you will need to purchase more gift boxes

I post several days a week not including weekends, i dont post or do any orders at weekends or bank holidays, your order will be posted within 3 days, not including weekends, so that's up to 5 days if ordered on a Friday, please be patient for your order to arrive and buy in plenty of time as these are uncertain times and that includes the delivery times. Delivery times are an estimate and are after your item has been posted, so 3-6 days delivery is after the item had been posted. All items are now being sent via scanned on delivery business post and proof of posting is being obtained. Items are sent via 2nd class, However you can pay extra for 1st class or even tracked!

I'm based in the UK, for international orders please check if you need to pay customs fees as this is not my responsibility. Since 1st January 2021, parcels to majority of European countries are subject to customs and duty fees. please do not leave me less stars in the review because you've had to pay a customs fee.

I am happy to include a personalised message, with whatever you want on it (please keep it short) just leave your message during the checkout process, personalised gift messages are printed on large gift tags and tied to the organza bag. Who is my item suitable for?

None of my items are intended for children under 3 due to small parts. Over 3s must be supervised with jewellery at all times.

Do orders come with a receipt?

I don't include a receipt, if you require one please ask me to include one.

How will my item come packaged?

I use organza bags and tissue paper. You can upgrade your packaging to include a black card gift box which comes inside organza bag, please see the wrapping upgrade section of my shop. Postage packaging i use-I use biodegradable packaging whenever possible, if your purchase is fragile (glass, beads ect) i will use bubble wrap inside a mailer bag (usually biodegradable or recycled) if your item is'nt fragile (metal, cord ect) i will use a mailer bag.

What materials do you use?

I use good quality & strong components in my designs. Mainly silver plated or stainless steel but I also use sterling silver, tibetan silver, acrylic, alloys (zinc based alloys, lead,nickel,cadnium free) Birthstone are metal and glass.

What happens if my item is lost in the post

Please keep me informed if your item doesn't arrive, I send all items using scanned on delivery business post which is reliable, However if in the unfortunate situation that an item is lost, please work with me so I can do my best to resolve the situation. Please dont leave me less stars for something out of my control, stars should for example show the accuracy of the item, packaging, customer service's and how the seller acts to resolve a problem etc, thankyou!😁.
