We offer free customization of fit style, neckline, sleeve or sleeveless, sleeve length, hem length, etc. The embroidered patterns can be added and customized, but the cost may change depending on how complicated they are. Feel free to ask; we’re always here for you!
✓ FITTING
• With many years of tailoring and manual tailoring method, we will certainly make the clothing fit you perfectly, if we are given complete and accurate measurements of your body. So don’t hesitate to leave me a note with your measurements (height, bust, waist, hips, & desired length) and any special instructions, such as a big bicep, a short torso, etc., while making a purchase.
• If you're not sure what size to get, please tell us your height and current garment size (for example, 6 US women/36.5 UK and 5ft3).
• To make sure we have made the correct measurements according to the measurements you provide, we always check and include a detailed note when sending the items to you. We are not responsible if you select the incorrect size or provide incorrect measurements. Thank you for your understanding.
✓ IMPORTANT NOTES
• If you can't find a linen color you love, do let us know, as we have many other fabrics that we cannot show you all.
• Actual color may vary by 5–10% due to shooting equipment or lighting.
• Please provide your PHONE NUMBER in "Note to seller" section in order to arrange delivery when submitting your order. Our logistics agencies will contact you to make your delivery easier, safer and faster!
• Each order will be provided with a tracking number for your convenience in tracking the shipping process

✓ TAKING CARE
Hand washing is strongly advised for natural fabric clothing, particularly embroidered items. Machine washable, please follow these instructions:
• On cold water, run a gentle cycle. In the case of embroidered items, to protect the embroidery, turn the item inside out.
• Use a laundry bag. Avoid washing the item with other clothing that may cause damage, such as zippers, if it is embroidered.
• Do not shrink too much. Allow the item to air dry if possible.
• Iron it on a medium-high setting, inside out. Avoid using steam on embroidered clothing and placing the iron directly on the embroidered area. Instead, iron on the reverse side or press the embroidery with a pressing cloth.
✓ PACKAGE
• Used cartons may be used to package products (and not with our logo). To reduce waste, we intend to reuse these boxes. Please contact us if you have any special packing needs.
• Gift wrapping is available. If required, a message will be included.
