But I wished I had been informed in advance or showed a preview of how it’ll look so I could have changed the picture. Overall I’m still satisfied I just think it could be better

Update! The seller contacted me about the error with the frame and sent a new one with the photo on it. I was very pleased with the customer service and that they reached out to me. I am happy with the new frame. Thank you! The frame was what I was expecting. I messaged the seller about uploading a photo to make sure I was doing it correctly. They asked to send within the message by clicking on the photo icon. I did this and uploaded a photo. I got a thank you response but yet my frame came with no picture. So now I have a frame with a big open spot in it. For now I just have a picture taped there, but definitely not what I was expecting.

Was everything I was hoping it would be. We gave as a gift to my neighbour who unexpectedly lost their puppy. Good memorial to keep his memory alive.
