Where can I find my pdf access file?

Please have a look at this short video showing where to find your pdf access file: https://www.loom.com/share/4dd81ddb31b24e9c8fab5ca3788d2961 Your access pdf file is available to download in your Etsy profile (2-5 min after your purchase). 1. Please go to the main Etsy page, in the top right-hand corner you will see a circle icon where your profile picture appears (if you uploaded one). 2. Next to it, there is a little grey arrow - please click on the arrow and go to PURCHASES/REVIEWS in there you will see your recent orders. If you can find the order from my shop please click on 'view all'. 3. Please find the correct order and click on 'Download'. 4. Please follow the instructions in the pdf file.

How do I access my templates?

Open the PDF file and click on the 'Access Template' button. If you ordered a Bundle, you will need to click on each of the highlighted texts. 2. A Canva page will open in your browser with a purple button: " Use Template", please click on it. The template will be automatically loaded to your Canva account. 3. Edit and download when ready. *If you don't have Canva account please set up FREE account first. * Canva reported an issue with their mobile app. If you are using Canva mobile app please uninstall it and use the internet browser on your phone instead.
