Please don't wear the jewel when sleeping or doing sports or other activities that can bend or scratch the jewels. Sterling silver is a metal that requires maintenance since it oxidizes ( blackens ) with time, especially if it gets wet, or is in moist conditions. So it is best not to wear it when showering or going to the pool \ beach, and not spraying perfume on it. The best way to keep it from oxidizing when not wearing it is to keep it wrapped in tissue paper in a closed box. If it does blacken, you can clean it with silver shining liquid that you buy in hardware stores. You rub it gently with a soft cloth and the black color disappears. This is also the treatment in gold-plated silver jewelry.

Gift wrapping and packaging

The jewel arrives in a nice padded box, which can be given as a gift, in a padded envelope. If you want me to add a personal note ( for a gift ) tell me what you want to be written, and I'll add a handwritten card.

In case you have canceled your order before it was shipped you will receive a full refund for your money. I want you to be 100% satisfied when doing business with me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply inform me in writing of your wish to return the item or items to me within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, I will issue a full refund (excluding an original delivery charge) when receiving the jewel back in new shape, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred. Please send the jewel in these cases in registered mail, so there will be tracking of the package on it's way back to me.

Custom and personalized orders

I do not accept returns of custom jewelry ( also referring to rings made in requested sizes and jewels I have altered to fit you specifically, by your request ) unless there was a mistake on my part. If there is a mistake in the sizing of a ring on your part, there is an option to have me change the size, but that is with an additional fee of 50% of the original ring price+ shipping.

Damage or wrong product

In the rare case that the item/s arrived damaged or a wrong item was delivered I will exchange the item, free of charge, or will refund you the full amount you paid including shipping if an exchange is no option. In such cases, you must inform me within 3 days from goods arrival and send a picture of the jewel, and I will issue the refund as soon as I get the item back. Please send the jewel in these cases in registered mail, so there will be tracking of the package on it's way back to me I am not responsible for damage caused by wear or oxidizing of the silver If you take the jewel to another jeweler to have it fixed \ altered, I am not responsible for damage or breaking of the jewel afterward

If a package gets lost on its way by the tracking and does not arrive in a month and a half from date of shipping to the US \ 2 months to other countries, I'll reship the jewel again or refund your money. IF A PACKAGE REACHES YOU WITHOUT THE CONTENT and you see it's been stolen ( hole in the package or such ) please file a damage complaint at the local postal office. Only after you do this, I'll refund your money or send you a new item. IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO ME DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED you can pay for extra shipping+ handling funds, and I'll send it to you again, or I can refund your money minus the shipping + handling fees ( this refund isn't possible in custom orders ).

Please note that in any case customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item value. Therefore, overseas buyers may be subject to local taxes like VAT and to import duties as determined by their local government and I am not responsible in any way for these additional charges. In any case, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify the local and import tax that may apply to their order if any. If you decide not to except a package due to import taxes and have it sent back to me, on its arrival I will refund you minus the original shipping fees and any other handling fees I will be subject to in receiving the package

Recycling packages I send

For the information of all my good customers. I take care of the recycling of the packages I send you anywhere in the world. If not reused, recycle my packages, as usual, separating paper from plastic. Alternatively, you can send them back and I will recycle them for you. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
