§1 Applicable to contractors and user definitions
(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their form valid at the time of the order.

(2) “Consumer” as defined in these terms and conditions is any natural entity entering into a legal contract for a purpose that can neither be allocated to consumer’s commercial nor independent professional activities.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our internet shop do not represent a legally binding agreement offer on our behalf, but are only a non-binding request to the consumer to order the goods. With the order of the requested goods the consumer places a binding offer for the execution of a purchase agreement for the consumer.

(4) Upon receipt of the order at our internet shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer places a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order process in our internet shop.
Ordering consists of the following steps:
1) Select the desired goods.
2) Confirm by clicking on the “Order” button
3) Review the content of the shopping cart
4) Click on “Pay” button
5) Sign in after registering and inputting user information (email address and password).
6) Review once more and/or correct the provided information.
7) Binding submission of the order.

Prior to submitting the order, the consumer may return to the website containing the customer information by using the “back” button of the respective browser used and correct any input errors and/or close the internet browser and interrupt the order process. We will confirm the receipt of the order, by sending a confirmation via an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this confirmation we accept your order.

(5) Saving of text of agreement for orders via our internet shop: We save the text of the agreement and send you the order information and our general terms and conditions via email. The general terms and conditions may be reviewed at any time at http://www.byangela.de

§3 Prices, shipping expenses, payment, when due

(1) The prices listed include the legal value-added tax and other price components. Any applicable shipping expenses are additional.

(2) The consumer may pay in advance, via PayPal.

(3) If the consumer chooses to pay in advance, he/she is obligated to pay the purchase price immediately upon execution of the agreement.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless expressly listed differently in the product description, all items offered by us are available for immediate shipment.

(2) If the consumer elected payment in advance of shipment, we will not send the goods prior to receipt of payment.

§5 Reservation of ownership. We retain the right of ownership of the goods until the complete payment of the purchase price.

§6 Contractual provision regarding return shipping expenses in case of withdrawal. If you use your statutory right of withdrawal, the following provision applies in accordance with § 357 Subs. 2 BGB [German Civil Code], in that you will bear the regular expense of return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the goods ordered. Otherwise, any return will be free of charge for you.

§7 Contractual language. The contractual language shall be solely German.
