Is my delivery estimate guaranteed?

We'll do our best to meet shipping estimates, however can't guarantee them as carriers may have delays especially at peak times like holidays and Christmas.

Do your cases support wireless charging?

Our Slim, transparent and Tough Cases support wireless charging however our Wallet Cases and Card Holders probably won’t, unless specified. MagSafe cases with embedded magnets always support wireless charging.

I am not sure what phone model I have, how do I check?

The easiest way to check your phone's model is to use the phone itself. SAMSUNG and GOOGLE phones - Go to the Settings or Options menu, scroll to the bottom of the list and check 'About phone', 'About device' or similar. APPLE iPhones - Go to the Settings menu, then General and then select About. The device name / model number will be listed for both scenarios.

What are your cases made of?

All cases are printed plastic, some designs are made to look like wood, fabric or other materials. They are not real wood, fabric or gold! The full list of materials for each product can be seen in the 'Materials' section.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of your purchase, after that we will not be able to cancel your order due to our printing processes.

Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please send us a message and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.

Can I customize any product?
