All custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable they are a final sale. All Rush Items are final sale. 14k Rose Gold is available upon request as a custom order and is a final sale (non refundable, non returnable, non exchangeable) Final Sale Items: If an item is purchased from the final sale category they are not sold in different gold options, they are sold as is. These items are no longer being created in the white sapphire. All custom orders will have a quoted price and coupons CAN NOT be added to the custom listing at checkout. The custom requested item will be priced at the sale price so no additional coupons will be excepted.

Please make sure you know your exact ring size. If the wrong size is ordered we do charge for sizing. We do not have rings in stock all of our jewelry is all made to order.

Best way to clean: warm water, soft toothbrush, non-chlorinated tide soap (powder or liquid). Dip ring in a mixture of warm water and non-chlorinated tide soap or dish soap and use a soft toothbrush to clean the ring. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with paper towel. You will want to keep all jewelry out of hot tubs and swimming pools because chlorine can be damaging to any jewelry. You will also want to keep jewelry away from chemicals and household cleaners.

What is a simulated diamond?

For our simulated diamonds we use the highest quality Russian cut cubic zirconia. They have a hardness of 8.5, Diamond equivalent D color, VVS1 Clarity, are very brilliant, lively and clear. Simulated diamonds are like any other semi-precious stones, with proper care and without scratching or damaging the stones they will last a very long time.

Moissanite Stones General Information

Moissanite Stones are the closest lab created / man made stone to a natural diamond. On the Moh's scale it has a hardness of 9.25 and a natural diamond is a 10. Can Moissanite stones scratch or chip? Yes they can scratch or chip if they are hit against a hard surface or by rubbing against another moissanite or a diamond. Even a natural diamond can scratch or chip if it is rubbed against another diamond or if it hits a hard surface. Moissanite items are all custom made order. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before purchasing. **Zonar Moissanite orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, sizing and shipping fees. **Charles and Colvard Moissanites are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.

Returns and Exchanges

We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Exchanges must be of equal or great value to the current item and are full price (discounts do not apply to exchanges) & final sale. Exchanges & Resizing are subject to restocking, sizing fees & return shipping fees.

If you are returning/exchanging an item customers are responsible to pay original shipping fees (cost to originally ship item to customer).
