What are printable files?

All items in our shop are digital items. We do not ship any printed products. All items are sent digitally and sold as seen. We offer two types of files: - Self-editable Canva templates — no need to wait for file proofs. Edit everything yourself, download, and print! Canva is free and works in your browser or on a mobile device. - Instant download, print-ready files — non-editable and ready to print as shown. Each listing description notes which type you are purchasing.

Can I test out the self editable files before purchase?

Our listing photos show the exact design you'll receive, and each listing explains what is editable. All text can be changed, but backgrounds and graphic elements stay as shown. Not sure a template will work for you? Send us a message before you buy and we're happy to help!

How do I retrieve my self editable files?

After purchase, go to your Etsy downloads (You > Purchases and reviews > Download Files) and open the PDF. It contains your Canva link. Click the link, log into your free Canva account, and start editing — no paid Canva plan required. Please note: you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. If you purchased on the app, sign in to Etsy on your mobile web browser or a computer to download your PDF. Your template is not sent through Etsy messages or email — it is always in your Etsy downloads.

How do I retrieve my non editable Etsy files?

To access your non-editable Etsy files go to your Etsy account at the right hand side, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

JPG files are photo files- Upload to any online photo website, or print from a photo lab such as Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, and online at sites like Shutterfly.com PDF files are for printing from home or at your local copy centers such as Staples or Officemax.
