How do I download my files?

After your payment is processed, you can instantly access your purchased files at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. You can also access your downloads by clicking your profile picture then click Purchases and Reviews. If you checked out as a guest you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find the email, message me if you still can't locate the files. PLEASE NOTE that the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet does not let you download files. You have 2 ways to get your file: 1. Go to your email and click on the link provided. 2. Open your internet browser on your device and log into your Etsy account. Click on your profile picture then click purchases and reviews.

Where can I get my art print printed?

Print instantly at home Take or email the files to your local print shop or photo printing shops like Costco or Staples Another option is to upload the files to an online printing service like www.targetphoto.com, www.shutterfly.com, www.nationsphotolab.com, www.mpix.com and get your art delivered right to your door : )

What kind of paper should I use?

It's really your own choice but I recommend the heavyweight, matte photo paper or white satin. You can find good quality paper at office supply stores and stores like Target. If you like a shiny look, glossy photo paper will work well with my Prints. My personal favorite is matte photo paper.

Can I get a file size that is not listed?

Absolutely, but contact me first via the app messages (as I check them more often) to ensure the size is available. After size conformation, purchase the listing you like and I will send you a link to your custom file size containing the downloadable print. Be sure to leave the size you want in the notes to seller section also.

What frames are you using and where can I get them?

You can find frames at shops like Ikea, Kmart, Walmart, West Elm, Target. You can also get them from online stores like Amazon and Aliexpress. You can also frame your print at online framing services: www.nationsphotolab.com www.snapfish.com www.frameiteasy.com (these are great loads of choices)
