Broken Mug During Shipment

If your mug arrived broken, no worries! Send a message along with a photo of your mug. You will get a replacement sent to you. Mugs that arrive damaged must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once your order ships, it is out of my hands. If your item is lost or stolen, please contact shipping carrier.

Custom Orders/Requesting Proofs

If you would like to see a proof before your mug is made, please write request proof in note to seller or message. If you are requesting a proof, you will need to respond within 24hrs once your proof is sent. If you do not respond, your order will be cancelled.

Making Changes to your Order

Because mugs are made quickly, you have one hour to make any changes to your order/address/cancel. After that, no changes or cancellation can be made.

Insufficient Mailing Address

If your order gets sent back due to an insufficient address, you will receive a message regarding an insufficient address. In order to resend, you will need to reorder, that way I can get a shipping label for you. You will get refunded for the mug you reordered.
