- Estimated time for despatch is approximately 4-5 working days as I make every candle to order. All orders will be shipped via Evri Standard or RoyalMail International Tracked. Please directly contact me if you'd like express delivery.
- As these items are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations and returns.
- Sculptural candles are made for decorative purposes, therefore items cannot be refunded or replaced for issues related to burning times.
- Please keep in mind that due to the size of these candles, the burn time of the smaller pieces can be less than an hour.
- These candles are made to be used as decorative pieces but if you decide to burn them, ALWAYS make sure these candles are burned on a heat-resistant surface, remove all packaging before lighting
- NEVER leave your lit candle unattended and near flammable objects
- The shape and colour of our candle may differ from the image due to photo lighting, hand pouring and small-batch making. Every candle is made to order!
- Frosting (white bits across the wax) is very common on soy wax candles due to its nature, if you want to remove it then please gently wipe the candle with a clean cloth to remove the frosting layer. I have made the decision to not add any additives or bees wax (which would remove the frosting) to these candles in order to make it as vegan and ethical as possible.
