We aim to dispatch within 1-3 days please allow this time for printing.
We send all cards 1st class via Royal Mail

Delivery estimates are provided by Etsy & the Royal Mail based on their first class postage.
This is an ESTIMATE only and can sometimes take longer.
Please leave plenty of time when ordering - we cannot issue refunds for items which arrive after an occasion.
We can only issue refunds when an item takes longer than 14 working days to arrive.

The current guidance for the Royal Mail 1st Class letter is between 1 and 5 WORKING days.
Please be advised that in some areas this could be longer and they may not provide a weekend delivery.
You may upgrade your delivery option at checkout to a tracked option, this option DOES give a better chance of your item being prioritised.
I do not charge any extra on postage, just the correct price provided by the Royal Mail.
