Custom and personalized orders

NOTE- FOR ALL WEDDING DRESS ORDERS, THERE WILL BE A FORMAL CONTRACT WHEN SUBMITTING THE FIRST PAYMENT. *Important Information* Please make sure you have read all of my shop polices, refund policies and so forth. If you have any questions, please let me know. By choosing to work with me, I will assume you have read them all and you understand 100% of the process and agree to all terms. Production does not begin with out deposit and contract. All CUSTOM ORDERS, DRESSES, VEILS AND BELTS/SASHES are non-refundable. Due to the custom handmade aspect product, I cannot accept refunds. For all Custom Order there will be a specific contract so the buyer and I are on the same page in regards to all terms.

-Ordering a Dress: If you are interested in ordering one of my designs & there are no modifications, You can purchase the listing directly. I will then contact you and send you measuring instructions. Please make sure all of your contact info and shipping address is current in the Etsy System. Measurements must be received within 2 weeks of placing your order. -Custom Modifications to My Design: If you would like to make changes on the gown, please message me first and let me know the changes you would like to make on the dress. Custom Changes will result in additional fees. -Fully Custom Route: I do offer this route but please understand the starting price is $950+ and will go up from there based on design complexity.

Cancellation on Custom Orders

Q: Can I cancel my custom order? A: Custom Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Canceled Orders have the potential to be only 50% refunded to you due to the work, time, and energy that has already been spent and started for your order, no matter what stage of production your order is currently in.

Q: Can I receive photos of my dress during the production process? A: Please understand I do not send photos throughout the production process of items due to it causing production delays in the past as well as causing customer confusion. However, I do provide full front and back photos for confirmation before shipping out to the customer. Please understand that the photos will not be of professional grade and the color may vary based on screen monitors.

Q: How do I know it will be exactly how I want? A: With all custom dress orders, I will provide a custom sketch once the dress or deposit has been paid for, so the client can review all of the information and make sure the design is to their liking. If the customer wants a sketch before deciding to move forward with the purchase, each sketch is $20.00 USD. Each dress will be made to the customer's measurements provided and requested design specs. Please understand I will create the dress to my best possible ability using my creative freedom to make production related decisions such as color of thread, placement of each bead per reference photo and so forth.

Please understand that even though the dress if created to the measurements provided, minor alterations still might be needed to achieve the desired fit of the client. *Local alterations are the responsibility of the bride, and I do not provide compensation for alterations, so please budget accordingly.* *Bustles must be constructed ON THE client during the fitting due to the amount of different designs of bustles and also the reason it must be constructed on the client is to achieve the exact length of keeping the dress off the floor. *Customer understands that you cannot change your measurements, design, or fabric once the order has been submitted unless discussed. In some circumstances, changes can be made for an additional cost.*

Size and Measurements

All gowns can be created to standard U.S Dress size or Custom Measurements. Once you have decided to move forward, I will then provide you my custom measurement sheet. It is HIGHLY recommended you take my custom measurement sheet to a local tailor or seamstress in your area so you can get the most accurate measurements possible. Further instructions will be given on these when deciding to work with me. Please note--Measurements are VERY important and the dress will be made to the measurements provided.

Deposits: You are able to pay a deposit for a custom designed dress, not an existing designed dress. You are allowed to do the payment plan of 50% down and 50% at the end if the dress is $2500+ . After receiving a quote for your design, the production assessment is only valid for 90 days. After the 90 days has passed, A.Cherie will have to reassess the design accordingly. To receive a quote, simply Etsy Message me with inspiration photos, your event date, and any details you would like to tell me. Inspiration and reference photos are REQUIRED for production purposes.

We do not accept returns on wedding dresses and accessories. If there is a problem with the order, you must let us know within 3 days of receiving the order. No refunds available. Semi custom line must be paid in full.
