Damaged Products and Items Containing Manufacturing Errors
Groovy Gallo MUST be contacted here on Etsy or at hello [!at] groovygallo.shop within 1 week of receiving your order containing the damaged or faulty product(s) so we can either

A) send you a replacement or
B) give you store credit in the form of a coupon code for the value of the product(s) in question that you can use toward another purchase.

In order for you to be sent a replacement or store credit, we need you to submit the following information to hello [!at] groovygallo.shop:​

- Your full name
- Your email address that was used for the purchase
- Your order number
- A description of the issue.
- Photo(s) of the item(s) in question.*

*If you ordered multiple products that use the same design, please provide an additional photo of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
