This blue bud vase has a rounded shape with a short straight neck. This handmade ceramic piece was dipped in layers of blue glaze, resulting in varying shades of blue across the piece. There is an undertone of dark brown at the neck. The bottom is unglazed, but is partially coated in a silicone sealant to prevent condensation rings.

This signed and dated vase was thrown on the wheel from white stoneware clay, and fired to 2170° Fahrenheit.
Glazes are lead-free, food-safe, and just fine in the microwave and dishwasher.
