What file types do you provide?

Our listings primarily include STL files. Some of our older files included OBJ and 3DM formats, however, we currently only offer STL files. If you require additional formats like OBJ or 3DM, please reach out to discuss options.

How do I access my purchased STL files?

Your STL files are available for instant download once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. Your purchase can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and reviews section of your Etsy account. Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews. Locate the item, then click Download Files. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should Instant Download on the images for the item.

What should I do if I can’t open or print the file?

If you’re experiencing issues, first verify that your software supports STL files. When you purchase a listing, you’ll receive a compressed file (.rar or .zip) containing your selected stl files. Simply extract the file (right-click -> Extract) to access the content. Etsy doesn’t support direct STL uploads, so we package the files this way. If you still encounter issues, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help!

Are the STL files compatible with all 3D printers?

All files in our shop are designed to work seamlessly with popular printers like SLA or DLP printers. FDM printing is NOT suitable for jewelry production. Our stl files have been successfully 3D printed, so you can trust they are ready for your projects. We encourage you to review the file details and ensure compatibility with your equipment and software before purchase.

Are these files pre-supported for 3D printing?

Our designs are not pre-supported to give you the flexibility to adapt them to your printer and resin settings.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and exchanges are not provided. If you encounter any issues with the files, don’t hesitate to contact us. While we’re happy to assist with file-related issues, please note that we do not offer technical support beyond the scope of our listings.

Can I sell jewelry made from your STL files?

Yes, our files are created for production purposes. However, redistribution or resale of the digital files is strictly prohibited.

Can I request a custom design?

We don’t currently offer custom designs on Etsy. However, send us an email at info@cadify.ca for a personalized estimate.

Do you offer discounts or bulk deals?

Yes! We periodically run promotions or sales. Check our shop announcements or follow us for current offers.
