All of my pieces are sealed to protect against moisture and be cleaned with a damp cloth. They are not meant to be submerged in water for extended periods and are not dishwasher safe.

I try my best to use sustainable packaging when possible. This includes re-using packaging material I have personally received. I do my best to ensure your product will arrive safely by cushioning each piece. If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please send a picture of the damage within 1-2 days for a replacement.

If you have a specific request please message me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Once I've shipped the order out I'm no longer responsible for the package, including lost/stolen packages, incorrect shipping address information, and/or prolonged delays. You will need to contact USPS for any of the above reasons.
