We have been branding products for over 20 years but in 2019 we wanted to start and offer thoughtful personalised gifts into the retail market. We aim the despatch all our orders on the following working day from receipt of your order (however, see the expected ship time on the listing). We do not despatch at the weekend, therefore, orders which are placed after 11.30pm on a Thursday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

REPLACEMENTS
Problem with your order? Please get in touch within 30 days of receipt of your item with our friendly customer service team, who will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. You can do so by sending us a message via Etsy, quoting your order number and giving us a brief outline of the problem and a photograph if needed.

If we have made any errors in the spelling or production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you, and you may be required to return the item in its original condition to us. Non-personalised items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
