HOW SHOULD I PROTECT MY SILVER PRODUCTS?

Keep your products in an airtight, closed box away from light and moisture when not in use. Avoid contact of your silver products with detergent, soap, perfume, acetone and other chemical substances. For the care of your silver products, you can use the silver polishing cloth or glasses wiping cloth supplied with the product.

IS ALL OF YOUR PRODUCT PURE 925 STERLING SILVER?

Yes, all metals used in our jewellery are pure 925 sterling silver. Gold and Rose Gold colours are coated with a 1st class grind coating in accordance with the technique. This process does not harm the originality of silver and increases its visuality.

IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT CAN I RETURN IT?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, we can make refunds for unworn and undamaged jewelry pieces. Because of all items are made to order, we need to charge a 15% restocking cost. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of delivery. Shipping cost will be charged from the buyer for second sending.
