Please keep in mind these items are custom made to order and do require a 3-5 business days processing time. If your package says it has been delivered, please check with your local post office. We are not responsible for missing packages once tracking has confirmed it has been delivered.

If your item returns to us because of the wrong address you entered, I’ll reship to you if you pay the shipping price.

For delayed or lost mail we will work with the buyer to resolve the situation. It is very rare that mail ever gets lost but in most cases it gets delayed. We are not responsible for the speed once the package leaves our store.
