Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured in Vancouver, Washington. Currently, our entire operation is run from a small garage.

What materials do you use?

Most of our 3D printed products are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), typically made from fermented plant starch like corn, cassava, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. The color pigment comes from a concentrated mixture of pigments and additives known as a masterbatch. The exact formula for each of our color varies. Additives may include carbon fiber, wood fibers, metal particles, graphene flakes, copolymer additions and melt viscosity modifiers.

Can I buy the STL's to your designs?

Yes, we offer STL’s to be purchased for Personal Use. Select the “DIGITAL STL’s” option in the category sidebar.

Do you offer commercial licenses?

Yes, I offer a Commercial License. Check out our Instagram @bkprint3d for more information.

What is the processing / manufacturing time?

We are working on building and maintaining an inventory for popular products. These products typically ship within 1-3 days. Many products allow for color customization, patterns, custom text, etc. The production time on custom made products varies on order size, complexity and how busy we are. Typically expect production time to be about a week.

Yes we have an option to rush orders. This means we will prioritize shipping your order within 1 to 2 days. Most rushed order will be shipped the following day. Larger order will take two days. During the checkout process there is an option to choose “Priority with 2 Business Day Production Rush.” Priority shipment usually take 1-3 business days to arrive from the day we ship.
