Refunds & Exchanges/Replacments

Since all of the items that we create are personalized and/or custom made to order, a refund will not be given. Items will only be considered for a replacement (at our sole discretion), if damaged when they arrive to you or if there was a mistake on our part. We take great care in packaging items for shipping, so it is extremely rare that anything ever arrives damaged. In the extremely rare event that it does, it would be the fault of the USPS, and we would need supporting documentation to file in order to support replacement consideration. In order to be considered for a replacement, you must message us within 3 days of product delivery, and include a photo of the damaged item and it’s damaged shipping packaging.

Shipping - Where is my item?

We ship all items USPS first class mail, unless you contact me with a different request prior to your purchasing as other shipping methods may increase shipping rate. All orders come with a tracking and delivery confirmation. You will receive your tracking information once your item has shipped. With the holidays approaching, please understand that items may take additional time to be scanned in by the post office, as well as additional time to arrive to you.

Direct to Garment printing method (DTG) is used for these shirts. DTG is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified ink jet technology. The three key requirements for a DTG printer are a way to hold the garment in a fixed position, an inkjet print head, and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly by the print head, and are absorbed by the garment's fibers.
