**QUALITY**
Speckled Unicorn Glitter takes pride in offering a high-quality product for all of your needs. This mold is designed for use in epoxy/resin. You do not need to use a mold release when using this mold. Our molds are safe to use with glitter/mica mixed with your epoxy/resin.
We do not recommend using a heat torch with this mold. It can ruin the mold over time. We are not responsible for damage to the mold from misuse. We will answer any questions you may have. Our molds are multi-purpose; however, we do not recommend using on food, or for food products.

**PROCESSING TIME/SHIPPING TIME**
We strive to process and ship all of our packages within 1-2 days. However, during peak holiday times, this could get delayed. Feel free to message us prior to ordering to check and see what our processing/shipping time is at. Once the package has left our hands, and been accepted by the post office, we are no longer responsible for the time that it takes to arrive to you. We do not have any control over the travel time by the USPS.

**SHIPPING**
We mail ALL packages to the address that you provide when you check-out. We will not change any address after you have placed your order. The address is automatically put on each shipping label by Etsy. Make sure that any old addresses are not on file. Please double check your address before checking out/submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that are sent to a wrong/outdated address. We will not refund/replace any packages that did not have a correct address prior to check-out.

**REFUNDS**
We do not accept any refunds. We do not accept cancellations of orders. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us.

**SAMPLES OF OUR GLITTER/MICA**
We now offer free samples of our glitter or mica. Each package will contain a random sample. If your order glitter, your free sample will be glitter (unless you specify otherwise), and if you order mica, your free sample will be mica (unless you specify otherwise). If you have a specific glitter/mica that you would like to receive a sample of please leave a comment in the notes section when checking out. If there isn't a note, we will send a random sample of our choosing. We try to keep samples of all glitter/mica we carry; however, if we are sold out of an item, we may not have a sample of that product to send. You can always message us to see if we have samples of that particular color.
