This person wanted a physical item, and was dissapointed it wasn't sadly. As a reminder, if anyone buy my files, of course i offer no refunds as i cannot know if you kept them or not as they're computer files. But as i've recommended to this client, you still own my files, i'm often too expensive to print them, but you can reach out to a 3d printing shop near you with my files ( or a library, or a school as a lot of them are equipped with 3d printers theses days) to have them printed out for you ! And cheaper than i can very often ( shipping and taxes are a big part of my prices) So even if i can't refund you, my files are still useful and you can still get a nice item with them !
