Digital files are sized for 18"x24" (3:4 ratios). Please note that it is possible to print in a different ratio (2:3, 4:5, etc) but this may result in cut off along the sides of the print - but when uploading to your printing service you should be able to see this before printing as it may or may not largely affect the artwork. Please note that it is also possible to print in a larger size but this may result in fuzziness or pixelization of the image.

Printing Service Says "Low Quality"

As long as you are printing within the recommended 18"x24" size or smaller, your print should not be fuzzy or pixelated upon printing.

How to Download Your New Digital Files

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
