Miss Lisa’s Marketplace will not be responsible for any bodily injury which may occur from purchased products. Each item listing includes a list of materials used to produce each product. Therefore, upon purchase, the buyer is fully aware of all product materials which he/she is receiving, including those which may inflict bodily harm (such as splinters from wooden products or cuts from broken glass). Please note, each piece of wood is carefully sanded and crafted while attempting to preserve its natural beauty. In addition, all products (especially glass products) are carefully packaged prior to shipping to minimize the risk of damage during transport. If you receive a damaged/broken product, please see the policy for damaged orders.

Slight color variations may exist between products received and the images posted in each listing due to computer/phone resolution. Additionally, slight variations may exist between wooden products received and the images posted in each listing due to the unique qualities of wood (including knots, grains, etc.). If you are unhappy with your product, please see the policy for exchanges or returns.

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT! Unless I have been told otherwise, I will be shipping to the address on file when the order is placed. If you have accidentally provided me with an incorrect address and your package is returned to me, a second shipping fee must be paid prior to another shipping attempt.

Orders missing detailed information such as incomplete addresses, sizes, colors, initials, and designs cannot be completed until the missing information is received. If an order is missing such information, I will contact you and wait for your response. Please note that the “processing time” as stated above to complete your order will not begin until I have received all of the necessary information. If I am not contacted within 15 days, I will cancel the order and issue you a refund.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me and include a picture of the damaged item. I will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

I am not responsible for items lost during shipping. If this situation occurs, please contact USPS to file a claim.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your product and wish to make an exchange, please do not hesitate to contact me. Exchanges will be accepted on non-custom orders within 7 business days of delivery confirmation. Please note, the buyer will be responsible for both the return shipping fees for the initial product as well as the shipping fees associated with sending the exchanged product. Please note, an exchange product will not be shipped out until the initial product has been received.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your product and wish to make a return, please do not hesitate to contact me. Returns will be accepted on non-custom orders ONLY within 7 business days of delivery confirmation. Please note, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once the item is received and in its original condition, I will issue a 100% refund for the product minus all associated shipping fees. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
