You can make the pumpkin in 2 sizes. Approximate measurements:
Large pumpkin: Diameter 15cm/5.9”. Height 11cm/4.3”.
Small pumpkin: Diameter 9-10cm/3.7”. Height 7cm/2.8”.

Yarn suggestions: Air from Drops Design, Kos from Sandnes Garn or Divina by Hobbii. Length/weight: 150m (164yds) /50gr (1.8oz). You can also use other worsted weight/10 ply yarns.

The suggested yarn types are blow yarns and build well. They are also a little fluffy. This makes getting an even pumpkin where you cannot see the filling, easier. You need 50 grams/1 skein for the small pumpkin and 100 grams/2 skeins for the large pumpkin. There are also instructions in the pattern, for how you can use other yarn from your stash.

Suggested hook size: 5mm for the large pumpkin and 3mm for the small one. The length you pull the loops to matters more for the gauge than the hook size! Using a hook significantly smaller than what you would usually do ensures that the flowers’s centres will not become too large.
You will also need: Scissors, yarn needle, a cinnamon stick or a small stick from the
garden (6cm/2.4” for the small pumpkin, 8cm/3.1” for the large one), stitch
markers/safety pin, and stuffing.
