NO REFUNDS will be issued for wigs that have been removed from the netting.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be returned unworn, unbrushed, complete with tags and original packaging and lace intact.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):


*Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

*Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

*Delivery costs IE Express or 1st Class Royal Mail will NOT be refunded

I allow 21 days from the date of delivery for the return of international items.

The return shipping cost and any duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

The arrival of the item is the responsibility of the buyer, so I recommend sending your item back via a trackable method. Please contact us to arrange a return so we can provide you with our return address.

When an item is returned to me because no one was home after 3 attempts, because the item was not claimed by the customer or because an incorrect postal address was given, then you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery. If you decide that you no longer want the item. The return will be subject to a 15% original shipping fee which is equal to the cost of the original shipment paid which is:

We are not responsible for any shipping delays, nor or we responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

If your order is delivered but you haven’t actually received the item, there are a few things you can do.

Check with neighbours to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.

Contact the delivery provider for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number, delivery service name, and delivery address. You may have to reach out to me to get some of these details.

You should call the police if you suspect that the parcel that was left at the doorstep is stolen.

Refunds or replacements will NOT be given for items that are showing as delivered.

If your order hasn't arrived by its due date please contact us and we will do our best to help. Replacements or refunds cannot be issued until 14 days have passed.
