Where do I put my information when ordering?

Please leave all applicable information I will need to customize your design in the "Notes to Seller" box during checkout. If you have already placed an order, simply shoot us a quick message with your details and we will make a note on your order!

How do I send my photo?

You may send your photo through email to qtpaperie@yahoo.com with your order # -OR- send it to me as a message attachment within Etsy. You will notice a paperclip at the bottom of the message block. This is what you will use to attach the photo!

What are your shipping policies? Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship printed items to the continental U.S. We are unable to ship to any APO, FPO, or an expedited order to a P.O. Box. However, any digital items that you want to be electronically delivered, can be made available to your country. Please send me a message and I would be happy to open that up for you!

What is your refund policy?

No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once proof has been sent. Printed Orders: If you are not satisfied with your printed products, please message me immediately for resolution. Photo proof of unsatisfactory prints must be submitted for a refund or reprint. We ONLY offer SHIPPING refunds on items that arrive "late" due to 3rd party shipping error or delays. Complete refunds will not be possible if item is delivered to you. Instant Downloads: Once you have purchased an instant download, the file is in your account. With us having no way of retrieving that from you, we are unable to accept any cancellations or refund requests for instant downloads.

Are the delivery dates Etsy provides on each listing accurate?

They are not! Etsy has their own way to calculate shipping depending on your location, but we know this cannot apply to rushed orders or digital files! Please follow our turnaround schedule (posted as the first FAQ and also in our announcements) No fear, our turnaround schedule provides your items typically faster than what Etsy estimates.

2. Leave the following applicable information in the "Personalization box:

Information will be copied & pasted, so please ensure you're using the correct capitalization, punctuation, spelling, etc. that you desire!

3. Email logo to qtpaperie [!at] yahoo.com or send as an attachment through an Etsy message. Please ensure they are in their highest resolution. We will not be responsible for print quality of low resolution images.

4. Your proof will be sent within the current turnaround time (see below FAQ for that up to date info) to your Etsy inbox. This ensures proof of delivery. You may turn e-mail notifications on that will alert you when you receive a message to your Etsy inbox! Once proof is received, look over very carefully for any mistakes or if you need any info updated.

5. Once approval is received, your files will be sent to the printer.
