- AS-IS FLOWERS - I do offer some "As-Is" items, meaning there may be some sort of defect or blemish or something with the item. NOT USED, just possible minor damage, such as a damaged stem, overly frayed edges (some amount of fraying is evident in all silk flowers, new and old), or discoloration. In these cases, I will state the item is being sold "As-Is" and also detail the reason. Please be aware that I do not accept returns on "As-Is" items, so please understand.

- Though some of my flowers are older - some even vintage - all are unused and have not been altered with the exception of removed stems. I will do my best to mention if there are any visible defects. Please keep in mind that with age, there may be some wear, though I try very hard to only list flowers in very good condition.

- While I take great care in packaging the flowers to protect the shape and petals, flowers may need a little adjusting or fluffing up from the packing and shipping process when you receive them.

- I primarily ship using padded envelopes to keep costs down for you and me. However, larger lots, garlands and stems may be shipped in a small or medium boxes. This will be reflected in the shipping section on checkout.

- It may be necessary to bend or fold flowers on stems in order to ship, but they can easily be straightened once removed from the package.

- If I have multiple flowers available in the listing, you will receive one similar to the photo, not necessarily the exact one in the photo.

- SILK is the term used in referring to artificial flowers, however they are not constructed of silk.

- The term "velvet" in describing the flowers does not mean they are made of velvet. They are a faux velvet - some are velveteen and some are more of a felt.

- Item is for decorating purposes only. It is not a toy and is not suitable for children.
