I never received these bows. Somehow they were sent to the wrong address. Not mine. The seller has done nothing to help solve the problem. No policy whatsoever for this. In the real consumer world, a company would always try to make it right. Will not purchase from this seller again. I contacted Etsy and they suggested I leave a review regarding the seller's poor policies for return/refund or to make it right so therefore I am.

When the customer informed me the address the package was shipped & delivered to was not hers I immediately contacted Etsy. Etsy informed me the address was in fact an address she had used in the past and had selected for this order. When I contacted the customer with this information I never heard back from her. If the mistake had been mine I would have happily refunded or reshipped the items. I do not believe I should be held responsible for the customer's mistake. I have been in the same situation as a customer and because it was my mistake I did not hold the shop responsible.
