What’s the return policy?

To be eligible for a return the items need to be unworn, HAIR-FREE, with ALL original packaging and hang tags, unaltered, and unwashed. Items need to be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date for a credit refund. Please note all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. A $3 USD restock fee plus $2 per additional unit will be deducted from the refund amount. If you received free shipping and return your full order an additional $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. Customer is responsible for associated shipping back cost.
