Can I include a personal note if my order is a gift?

How wonderful to send a thoughtful gift! Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time as we hire someone to pack and ship our orders and they do not provide this service at this time. What you can do is track your order and when you see that it has been delivered, you can send your recipient an email with your personal note. Also, we want you to know our packing list does not include the pricing with the order so your recipient will not see the cost.

What are your processing and shipping times?

These times are noted on the listing. Each item is made to order unless it is a party supply item or a pre-made handmade item. Normally our production times are 3-5 business days. During peak times around the holidays production times can be 3-7 business days. Shipping times are normally 2-5 business days, however during peak holiday times (i.e. Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc) shipping times may be 3-7 business days.

If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

It depends on each situation. The delays may be due to high demand, transportation, weather, etc. We suggest checking back as items may be restocked as early as 1-7 business days. However, sometimes they may take longer.

Are your apparel items considered custom?

We consider the shirts, hoodies & gifts we sell as custom goods because they are made to order. Because they are not eligible for returns or exchanges, please carefully review the sizing chart. Returns & Exchanges on printed items Custom or personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable. Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom or personalized orders entail anything that we print, whether it is on a shirt, jacket, mug, or other item. Everything is handcrafted and printed for your order, even if it says "Mom" or "Bridesmaid" (for example). Check size charts and read our product descriptions to ensure you understand what you'll be receiving.

I have a problem with my order. How can I fix it?

We are sorry to hear there is a problem with your order. We are happy to help. Please send us a message via the Etsy platform with the following information within 72 hours to help us assist you in resolving this matter: 1. Your order number 2. Photo of the item 3. 1-2 sentences of what the problem is After receiving your information, we will investigate to see if we made a mistake that resulted in the shipment of the incorrect items to you or if any items were misprinted. If the problem was due to our error, we will fix it without charging the customer.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Please message us before placing your order with the following information: 1. Date you need the order by 2. City, Zip of delivery address We will then check if we can provide this service along with a quote of the expedited shipping charges. If it meets your deadline and you are willing to pay the extra fee, a listing will be created with he expedited shipping charges.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do? What if my order is delayed/lost/stolen in transit?

We are so sorry you are dealing with this. Aloha Sunshine Designs is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen since all of these circumstances are beyond our control. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect that there has been theft of your order you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scanned point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if my order has been returned to the sender?

We are sorry if this has happened to you. The address may have been incorrect or the carrier was unable to deliver the order if it required a signature. If a customer's order is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. Do you have sales or coupons? Yes, we do! The easiest way to be notified of these is to join our email list of exclusive specials.
