Upon receiving my order, I feel many mixed emotions. I ordered my dress on September 3rd 2023 and did not receive it until this January. I was told that my order would take a few weeks to make and then an additional 5-8 weeks to arrive after shipping as I am located in the US. My problems is not that it took a long time for the dress to arrive, but rather that I was the one who had to reach out about the issue. When I asked for an update, it was implied that there was an issue with the supplier and that they had not received the needed fabric yet. Of course, a supplier issue is not the fault of the business. But I had hoped that in that case, once they learned about the delay, they themselves would reach out rather than leaving me in the dark. I did later ask for further clarification which was not acknowledged until much later

Ordered in SEPTEMBER 2023. it is now MARCH 2024. Seller doesn't use tracking - claimed item was shipped then returned then reshipped with NO tracking despite seller promise. REFUSED request for refund since the dress was needed for a purpose that is now non-existent. Promised an update, again, and nothing. GIVE MY MONEY BACK NOW. Do not order from them, period. You were given 6 months to get one item to me, and many chances before I decided to write this review
