How do I download my digital file?

Digital downloads are sent immediately by Etsy to your email address on file. Please check your SPAM folder if you did not receive one. Downloads can also be accessed at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases If you did not receive the email from Etsy for some reason, you can also download your digital file by going to your Etsy account on a website browser (this cannot be done in the ETSY app). Click on "Purchases and Reviews." Find the order for the digital file and click on "Download Files." The files should then begin to download automatically.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

We do not offer refunds or cancellations on our digital instant downloads due to the digital nature of the product. However, if you have any issues with your product, please contact us for further assistance.

Will a physical item be shipped to me?

Our products are solely digital in nature. There are no physical items that will be shipped with your purchase.
