If you only need 1 pcs custom patch with a complicated logo or image - I highly recommend choosing a text patch instead. This way you save on digitizing service (usually about 30-50 usd), for text only patches there is no extra cost for design service for embroidery. There are many combinations of font/color in this listing, this is a good price offer for 1-5 pcs custom patch orders.

How to iron on an embroidered patch?

1. Preheat the glue side of the patch with e.g. hair drier, and pre-heat the iron itself to the Synthetic regime.
2. Place the patch in the intended location and cover it with a thin piece of light cotton fabric
3. Place the iron on the covered with fabric patch and firmly push with your weight for 40 sec, do not move the iron.
4. Iron the inner side also for 20-30 sec
5. Leave to cool down for 2-3 hours
6. We do recommend sewing on the patches, this is still the most reliable way to keep them in your desired place.
7. For delicate fabrics only sewing on is applicable. Most appropriate for iron-on are cotton, denim etc.
