How can I access my digital download?

1. Sign into Etsy.com on the web (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your Account". 2. Click "Purchases". 3. Select “Download Files”, located next to the order. If on a mobile device: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com on the web (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account". 2. Tap "Purchases". 3. Press the little grey arrow next to the order. 4. Tap “View Downloads”. NOTE: If Step #3 opens the Etsy App press and hold “Purchases” and open the link in a new tab. If your payment is still processing, “Download Files” will be grey. Kindly save the files to your device immediately. Designs may be discontinued to make room in the shop for awesome new things. Still have issues downloading your print? Message me.

What if I purchased a digital item without an Etsy account?

If you purchased a digital download file as a guest, the link to download your files is located in the receipt email that was sent to you after your purchase.

Where’s my download notification email or Etsy receipt?

The first place you’ll want to check is your spam or junk folder. If you’re a Gmail user, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, be sure to add “transaction@etsy.com” to your contacts to help you track down these emails in the future.

Why is the download link still not working for me?

If clicking the link to download isn’t working, there might be an issue with your web browser. Here’s some troubleshooting tips to try: 1. Disable ad blockers and try again. 2. Clear your cookies and try again. 3. If it says the file is corrupted, delete it and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, don’t hesitate to message me for help.

Why is my download a .ZIP file?

Etsy downloads, unfortunately, have size limitations. That means some files are delivered as a .ZIP that contain your prints.

What material should I print my artwork on?

A heavyweight matte paper, card stock or even canvas are all great options for your print.

I used Apple Pay, why can’t I find my download?

It sounds like you may have chosen "Hide My Email" which creates a unique and random email address to use with apps/websites. While this keeps your personal email private you might have issues receiving the automated email from Etsy that has the link to download your files. Try logging into your Etsy account using a web browser (not the Etsy app) and navigating to your purchases page to access your downloads. If that does not work, send me a message and I can email your artwork instead
