The wood is then sanitized, cut and sanded to 2000 grit smoothness prior to assembly. It is then constructed using heavy-duty hardwood biscuit joinery and industrial wood glue. The meticulous 45 degree corners are then filled, the holes from the bolts filled with black epoxy and the surface sanded again.
