Yes! We welcome custom requests for readings, ritual kits, and jewelry. If you’re seeking support around a specific intention (love, healing, protection, etc.) or have a crystal you’re drawn to, message us. We’re happy to create something just for you when possible, or guide you to the right offering.

Our jewelry listings include measurements in the description. If you'd like a specific pendant or ring size, feel free to message us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Ritual tools and jewelry should be handled with intention and care. Our wire-wrapped pendants are made with tarnish-resistant materials, but please note: copper will naturally oxidize over time. This gentle darkening is part of its beauty — a reflection of its earthy, alchemical nature. To keep your pieces vibrant, avoid wearing them in water and protect them from harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged sunlight. Store your jewelry and ritual tools in a clean, sacred space, and treat them as allies on your journey. Select items may include specific care instructions in your package.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are thoughtfully packaged with care. We don’t currently offer custom gift wrap, but if your order is a gift, let us know — we’re happy to include a note or add a little extra touch of intention.

Wholesale availability

All items are custom-made in small batches with love and intention. At this time, we do not offer wholesale orders. However, if you’re a shop, healer, or spiritual practitioner interested in collaborating, feel free to reach out. We’re always open to meaningful partnerships that align with our values.

Exchanges and refunds

Due to the nature of our spiritual offerings, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If you have any issues, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Custom and personalised orders

We offer two types of digital products: ✔️Instant Downloads: These are available immediately after purchase. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a link to download the files directly from your Etsy account. ✔️Made-to-Order Digital Items: These include personalized readings and custom guides. We create these specifically for you after your purchase. Delivery times for these items are typically within 1 to 3 business days. Specific timeframes are provided on each product's page. Please note: Etsy's mobile app does not support file downloads. To access your digital purchases, please use a web browser on your computer or mobile device.

We lovingly package and prepare all orders by hand, and we bring shipments to the courier every Tuesday. We ship via Chit Chats or Canada Post, depending on availability. In the event of a Canada Post strike, we’ll continue to ship through an alternate carrier — however, delivery times may be slightly delayed. 📦 Shipping Notes: We offer free shipping on orders over $35 USD to honor Etsy’s free delivery guarantee. Most packages within Canada and the U.S. arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. International orders may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and local delays.
