Can I get a tracking number?

All international orders are sent fully tracked and your tracking number will be on the shipping confirmation email. UK orders have a delivery confirmation order which will update after the first delivery attempt, but not before.

Are there any extra charges?

Depending on where you live you may be charged taxes and fees to receive your order. These charges are your responsibility and orders that are refused and returned back to us due to unpaid charges will not be refunded.

My parcel hasn't arrived

Please first check the address given when ordering in case there was a mistake. If there was a mistake, it might be getting returned to ourselves. If it is correct, please then check the following: - Any safe places it may have been left - With any neighbours or other members of your household - Your local sorting depot If it is at least 12 working days after you expected it to arrive, and all the checks didn't find it, please send us a message. NB. We aren't able to process a lost parcel claim until all these aspects have been looked into or met.
