He's approximately 7.5" long and 3" wide and can be positioned in various ways to accomodate your needs or whimsy.

TO HEAT: place in microwave for 20 seconds, add 5 second intervals as needed. Do not exceed 30 second cook time.

TO CHILL: place in ziploc bag in freezer for at least one hour. Can be stored in freezer.

These are the best little frogs. I have arthritis and have one for each hand. Warm them up for 20 seconds and they are great! Cute for my daughter who just loves frogs! Great for my daughter in law that broke her finger, heat it up before bed time.
