How do I download digital files?

Your downloads will be available automatically after your purchase. If you have an Etsy account, click on your "Purchases and Reviews" section, where you will see a download link. If you purchased as an Etsy Guest, you will receive an email with the download link. Simply click on that link and you will be taken to a page where you can download the documents.

Do I need a Canva account to edit the document?

Yes, but it's FREE to register and there's no obligation to purchase a Premium account to make edits or customize things to your liking. You can register for a free account when you click on the link to the Canva document in the PDF file you were sent when you purchased the item.

Just about anything! See below for more details.

Can I change the size or orientation of the document?

Unfortunately these are not editable. If you like, you can create a new document in a different size or orientation, then copy and paste the existing elements into the new document, then manipulate accordingly, but otherwise, you must work within the size and orientation parameters already established.

Is the text editable?

Absolutely! All text, fonts and text colors can be changed. You can delete unwanted text or add your own text. You can also edit the line spacing in text to customize it even further.

Can I add my own photos?

Yes! All you need to do is upload the photos you'd like to add, then drag and drop them into any of the created photo "frames" in the document. You can resize the photos you've added to the frames by simply double-clicking on the frame, then resize with the selection handles.

Can I edit the colors?

Definitely! This is one of the best ways to make it truly your own. Simply select the element you wish to recolor then click on the color swatch at the top of the canvas, then select the color you'd like to use.

How do I print the document?

You can either print the pages individually on your home printer, or take them to your local print shop (FedEx, Staples, UPS Store, etc) and have them printed there. You could also decide to have them printed professionally at an offset printer. If you decide to go this route, please contact me and I'll be happy to walk you through the steps you'll need to take to ensure quality results.
