👻It could be a cute addition to your autumn fashion. The pendant rope size is variable. Please type the length of ROPE in CM you want to have otherwise you can't order it 👻

💕 I designed and made the drawings first and then made the pins using modelling air dry clay. They are painted with acrylic painting and glazed with spray acrylic painting varnish. 💕

❓NOTE: They might get damaged or scratched if you pressure them so much or put them together with metallic items without covering their surfaces. The pins are attached using glue or silicon, so be brave not use to full force to open them otherwise they might get broken easily ❓

Cancellations:

You’re free to cancel an order in 3 HOURS after purchasing that item. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made or shipped, at that point it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.

Refund:

Etsy or shipping company might refund an item if it is damaged or missing during shipping. This can be things the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition and contact me how to proceed it. An item might be considered as missing after 8 weeks of shipping for global purchases. For other cases (e.g. changing your mind, ordering a wrong item, ordering wrong number of items) we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

Returns:

We do not require customers to return any items if they are damaged. However, photo evidence will be required for any discussion. However, if a return becomes necessary, the buyer is responsible of the shipping costs and need to provide the intact (not damaged) item.

Shipping:

Shipping (particularly for international orders) might be affected by COVID-19. The estimated delivery duration is between 10-21 business days for global orders (regular mail) after shipping the items. I will ship the items via Turkish Postal Services or via other logistic companies for a tracked shipping if same affordable price is available. Please consider tracking might not be very smooth in case of shipping via regular mail. The upgraded shipping costs are listed for each item. That will be coming with a tracking number. For EU orders it will be delivered in 3-5 business days around. For global orders the upgraded delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipping. Please be aware those periods might be affected due to COVID pandemic and/or holiday seasons.
