How is your artwork created?

KIKIANDNIM art prints are all human made! Artwork in my shop includes a mix of the below. 1. Lots of typography prints inspired by the world and people around me 2. Originally created artworks made with licensed graphics from designers I get to support 3. Expertly retouched vintage prints in the public domain All physical prints are printed, packed, and shipped by me from my home studio in Denver! I use archival matte photo paper and giclée-grade printers that utilize multi-channel pigment ink systems so your artwork is made to last. Digital downloads are also available for a more economical DIY option! Please reach out if you have any other questions as I strive for transparency in this ever changing environment.

How do I access my digital download?

After your purchase, you will immediately receive a link to download your prints. If you miss this, you can also access your file from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your profile under the "Your Account" drop-down menu. Linked below! Next to your order select "Download Files" www.etsy.com/your/purchases There are no limits to how many times you can download a file. If the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed, you can always access the files on your Purchases page. That said, I do recommend downloading your files and saving to your device immediately post-purchase. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey. If you have any issues downloading your print, please message me!

Help, my download was just a PDF or a zip file and I do not have a Dropbox account!

Due to size limitations on Etsy downloads, your files will sometimes be delivered via a zip file or a PDF file with a link to a Dropbox where you can download your files. This way, you are receiving the highest quality prints! Please note that you do not need a Dropbox account to access your download. Simply choose download and wait for the download to proceed. Ignore the prompt to sign up for Dropbox! Please note that when you download from Dropbox, be sure to use the Dropbox download button to access the high-resolution file. Do not right-click to save, as this will save the low-resolution thumbnail. If you have any issues accessing or downloading, please message me so I can help you!

How, where and on what should I print these files for best results?

Below are a few quick notes but your download will also include a "Read Me First" printing guide that will have all the additional details you need. If you did not receive it or cannot find it, please contact me, and I'll email it to you. 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓: Your Local Print Shop | MPix | Parabo Press | Costco 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐎 𝐔𝐒𝐄: A heavyweight matte paper or card stock is the perfect choice to stay budget-friendly. For vintage prints, premium archival fine art paper will result in the most authentic look. Canvas is also a wonderful option for all print types!

Where can I find the frames used in your photos?

The frames used in my shop listings are not physical frames that are sold. Personally, I love to thrift frames at garage sales or second-hand stores, but here are a few suggestions of shops as well. Framebridge | Home Goods | Target | WorldMarket Searching by your desired style keyword ("thin gold frame") on common sites like Amazon, Target, and Michaels is another option!

How do I access my digital download if I do not have an Etsy account?

If you purchased a digital download as a guest, your download link will be in the receipt email you received from Etsy after your order. If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, please be sure to check your spam or junk inbox. If you are using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If the email is not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. If you are still having trouble finding your download, please message me!

Help, the download link is not working for me!

If nothing happens when you click the link to download, there might be an issue with your web browser. You can try a few things. 1. Disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you have installed and try again. 2. Clear your cookies and try again. If your computer says the file has been corrupted, please delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please message me for help. If you have a firewall set up through Adobe, clicking on the PDF link might not work. Please disable the firewall or reach out to me for the direct link!

Help, I used Apple Pay and cannot find my download!

It sounds like you may have chosen "Hide My Email" which creates a unique and random email address to use with apps/websites. While this keeps your personal email private you might have issues receiving the automated email from Etsy that has the link to download your files. Try logging into your Etsy account using a web browser (not the Etsy app) and navigating to your purchases page to access your downloads. If that does not work, send me a message and I can email your artwork instead.

Do you allow commercial use?

At this time, all KIKIANDNIM digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not use, share, distribute, alter, or reproduce for commercial use or resale in any manner. Any unauthorized commercial use or editing is copyright infringement. Are you a retailer interested in stocking KIKIANDNIM? Retail-shelf-ready prints are available for wholesale.
