If your order has not been shipped, please contact me immediately with your order number and the correct address. I'm not able to change the address once the items has been dispatched.

If the order has already shipped, I'm not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undelivered addresses provided by the customer. If an address was incomplete, and the parcel returns, you will have to pay the delivery fee again.

Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-3 business days to be processed.
After an order is processed, you will receive an email notification with the dispatch notification and a tracking number.

Yes, I offer a 14-day return policy after you receive your order (exceptions may apply- check each item's description). To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging. The free gifts included in your order must also be returned in the same condition. Please send a message to initiate your return request.

Once I receive and confirm that your order is eligible for return, you will be automatically refunded in the same payment method you used at checkout. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed.

In such cases, I advise first to check a secondary location, such as a mailroom, community mailbox, front desk, neighbor or safe drop location. If the package is still not found, contact me immediately.

Please note that I do not issue replacements or refunds for items marked as "delivered" by postal services or unclaimed due to unpaid customs. To qualify for an insurance claim for lost packages, customers must have purchased a tracked shipping service or the order must be eligible for Purchase Etsy Protection Program.

All my products come wrapped in tissue paper, and are secured in biodegradable packaging such as peanuts, bubble wrap and cardboard boxes.

If your order is marked as gift, I will add a ribbon and a card to write your gift message or I can write it for you.

Please be aware that the burn time of decorative candles without any vessel may vary due to the irregular shapes and sizes of the designs. Depending on the design, some candles will drip creating a dramatic, yet beautiful wax drip effect. So please place your candles on a heat proof surface to catch the wax. Before burning your candles please respect the candle burn instructions that come with your candles. Failure to follow these instructions can lead to inaccurate burning time, heat damage, injuries, and fire. Sometimes candles may develop frosting which is a natural effect in natural waxes that will give a stone effect to your candle. It doesn’t affect the performance of the candle in any way and also means your wax is 100% natural.

Here are some important things to know about caring for your new homeware products. You can wipe clean your product with a damp cloth, it may get wet, but it shouldn't be left in standing water. Products are heat and water resistant but are not dishwasher proof or microwave proof. All products are made of very hard material but avoid dropping it onto hard surfaces as the impact can weaken or break the piece. A protective sealant has been used on your item to limit stains but prolonged exposure to water will lead to water marks.
