How do I wash my shirt?

Turn garment inside out and machine wash in cold water. Hang to dry. Shrinking may occur if placed in dryer. Turn garment inside out to iron. Do not iron directly over the design.

How do I figure out which shirt size I need to order?

In each shirt listing, we provide a sizing chart in the photos. If you have any questions regarding sizing after viewing, please feel free to message me and I'll help you decide which size is best for you.

What are your business hours?

I work on orders Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm EST, not including U.S. federal holidays. I use weekends and holidays to devote time to my family and friends. Thank you for understanding!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

My current processing time is 1-4 business days. This is the amount of time it will take for me to complete your order. This does not include shipping. Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped. We use USPS First Class Mail for all shipping, which takes 2-7 business days to be delivered within the U.S. Provided that there are no delays with USPS, this is when you can expect to receive your order. We do offer a Priority Mail shipping option for shirts at checkout for an additional $9.00. This will shorten shipping time to 1-3 business days.

You are sold out of the color/size in the shirt style I want. When will you have more in stock?

Unfortunately, once a color/size is gone, we will not be restocking. Currently, we are working away from offering shirts and moving into only offering stickers.

Can you make custom stickers?

At this time, I do not offer custom stickers.

Do you ever offer discounts?

It is rare that I offer discounts for my stickers. We do our best to keep our costs low for our customers, as well as offering free shipping. Because of this, I do not regularly offer discounts. Usually the only time I do sales is during Black Friday weekend in November (Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday).

My tracking information says that my order has shipped, but it shows it has been in "Pre-transit" for days. Why?

To allow us to offer free shipping on all sticker orders, we ship most orders in a brown paper envelope. This means tracking information won't always be updated as it moves through USPS. Think about when you ship a letter to someone in an envelope using a stamp, you don't get tracking information for that letter. But when we purchase our postage through Etsy, we do sometimes get updated tracking information. Because of this, it is our best option for shipping. Otherwise, we would have to charge $4.00 for shipping to guarantee updated tracking information every time, which would mean you pay more for shipping than for the sticker itself. We want to avoid this. Some orders will be marked as "Pre-transit" all the way up through delivery.

My tracking information says that my order has been delivered, but it isn't in my mailbox. Why?

On occasion, USPS will mark a package as delivered, but not actually deliver it for a day or two. I'm unsure of why this happens. But if this does happen to you, give it a day or two and if it still doesn't arrive, please message me and I'll be happy to help!
